Lookin' older. Yeah, You. (and me)

We all looked younger at one point......I think we all (including you) are looking older!

What a difference 14 years makes!

Pussycat?

It's funny how you progress as a person. For instance, I never ever have liked pussycats. I mean never. Well, recently, as the progression of life goes, my little fishing buddy got smushed into road pizza and a little pussycat showed up out of no-where.....I wasn't looking.....Had no plans of finding a new "pet" but out this one came.....Out of nowhere.....Jumped right on my lap while I was smoking a cigarette.....Welcome!

Always a little room for a new kitty.....Even though I've never had any desire or love for a cat.....This one stole my heart.....Still workin' on a nickname....Funny how things happen.....Never would have thought I'd be a kitty lover....It's wierd how something so near and dear can go from the highlight of your day to old news......And then a new little friend steps in!

Stumpy Visits the Team T Service Garage

I've got bad news for all of you folks. It's only a matter of time before you end up in my pole barn getting your car fixed......Ask Stumpy......It's cheap and fun! Brake pad job cost total=Milwaukee's Best Light and some good old conversation...

UPDATE

It's been a while since I updated......SOOOOOOOOOOOOO busy.....Did you all miss me? No one has commented so I suppose not.....It was an experiment to see if I neglected things if I would get a response.......And I got none.........No calls......No emails.....No notes....No posts.....Mrs. Beauford said, "whats up with no updates?" Other than that....nothin'....Guess I'm the only passionate one here....Nothing better than to figure out you are passionate about something only hoping somebody will embrace it and NOOOTHING. Oh well...

Here is one of the things I've been up to......A FIREPLACE!

The beginning peeker hole to see what was behind the wall in the chimney chase....

A bigger hole.....(confidence growing)

The complete monster has taken form.....I've found that sometimes the best way to get something done is to make a big mess only to prod myself to fix it....i.e. a big hole in your living room wall!

Here is me down in the pit of the chase......

Fireplace in and fireproof board up........Not long til' a cracklin' fire! All that's left is the Santa Clause Chimney pipe!!!!!Then some finish work on the trim and making a hearth!(with fingers crossed of course so the house doesn't burn down :))

TEAM T BUCK POLE UPDATE!

Add another beauty to the carnage! RT bagged this fat pumpkin belly 8 point with his stick and string!

Nice JOB!

And here is the dandy 52 point I shot in my backyard while I was weeding the garden. Never hurts to keep a bow/arrow handy! You never know when they will walk up on ya!

The Griswold TEAM T Christmas Light Show!

For years I have wanted to put up Christmas Lights to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Today, I finally braved the roof peaks and GOT R DONE! (click on the pics to enlarge)

A grand total of 2000 lights from Family Dollar.

Even the Japanese Beetle Tree gets some lights this year.

I got "caught up in the moment" while photographing the lights.....Man I love this time of year!

Many might think this is a tad too early but I'm in the Holiday Mood and I'm trashy so up the lights go! I would have you know that all are on timers as well!

Christmas Trees and FISHIN TREES

Well, as always, I put up my Christmas Tree early this year.......And rented National Lampoons Christmas Vacation....I feel so much like ol Clark Griswold.....

And I went trolling for big Walleye and Pike tonight in the dark.....Thought I had the big one on. Fought this big ol' monster for about 10 minutes.....I was trying not to horse the damn thing in thinking it might be a world record GUN LAKE MUSKIE!!!! Much to my surprise, it was a decomposed tree that weighed 21 pounds! DAMNIT. At first I was very disappointed and then laughed my ass off in the pitch dark serenity of Gun Lake as I hauled it into the boat at about 10:30pm tonight...

Two trees in one day....Not bad! How ironic it is to handle my Christmas Tree in the House and then someone's decomposed Christmas Tree they put in Gun Lake!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay tuned for the TEAM T Griswold Christmas lights going up tomorrow night!!!!!
